Spain vs Germany (1-0)

I just finished watching the final of EURO2008 where as Spain won 1-0 over Germany.  Overall, the game is very interesting.  Many opportunities from both sides during 2 x 45 minutes.  Fernando Torres that made a score in minute 23 finally bring Spain as the champion after a long waiting of 44 years.

During the first half, Spain created many “sharp” attacks.  They always can bring the ball close to German Goal keeper.  However, the goal keeper still can save the day.  On the second half, German kept more pressure by giving “all out attacks”.  Just not lucky enough to make score.

What makes it more interesting in the second half is that Spain still gave “sharp” attacks.  The passing is very nice near the penalty area.  However, sometime I just feel that they keep passing the ball in penalty area.  It seems that nobody wants to make a shoot.  If I can put a “balloon comment” on the players, it is just like “You score it” - while passing the ball.  “No… you score it” - while passing to another Spanish players.
Well, it is just my opinion.  In the end, both teams played well.  I enjoyed it very much - to think that I am not a soccer addict.
