Lunch with Warren Buffet?

Are you interested of having lunch with Warren Buffet? If Yes, you need to have at least a million dollars to make your dream come true. Recent action bids a lunch with Warren Buffet. The winners is Zhao Danyang, General Manager Pure Heart China Growth Investment Fund at the price of USD 2.11 Million. He will have a privilege to have lunch with Warren Buffet, the owner of Berkshire Hathaway at the age of 76.

The bidding money will not go into Warren pocket, However, it will be donated to Glide Foundation. Glide Fondation is the San Francisco foundation that is helping poor peoples.

The action is done on ebay at the starting price of USD 25,000. The last 2 hours happened “hot” battle between 2 bidders where the price rose 7 times. The final price is 3 times higher as compared to last year price. Last year, the winner was Mohnish Pabrai, an investor from California that is now having investment strategy like Warren.

I think the people that would like to have lunch with Warren Buffet is trying to build relationship and learn from Warren personally. For these bidders, the price is not the cost but an investment that they need to put in order to learn and bring ROI as much as possible.
