Hostmonster Fantastico Problem

I am using Hostmonster for some of my sites.  They had a special promo hostmonster for only USD5.95 per month for unlimited hosting space and bandwidth.  Hard to believe?  That is the truth!  I usually does not trust the unlimited things because there is always a limit for everything.  However, since Hostmonster was one of the well established hosting available, I gave a try.

Not bad, the hosting is reliable and it has been hosted several of my domains.  I just got a little disappointed with the problem of Fantastice that happened already twice this month.  At least that what I experienced.  When I want to install a application through Fantastico, I got this error message “This application is currently not available. Please contact your host.”

I contacted the live support that is really fast in answering my query.  Shame that they just say they are working on that problem but could not give me estimated time of resolution.  Hmmm… just need to wait.

Overall, I do not mind this problem because of other advantages that I have enjoyed with their low prices.  Just want to warn hostmonster, that small problem can build up and it could ruin your good reputation.
