Challenging myself for a weight loss


Recently, I just got back from 2 weeks vacations. I spent most of the time traveling to the places that I have not visited before. I know that I weight more now as compared to my last vacation a year ago. And I feel that I got easily tired when traveling during my vacation. It is the time to lose my weight. I have challenged myself to lose about 10kg until December 2008. That is 6 months from now and I want to do it right. I mean, not only a diet but also proper exercise by joining gym program.

I was looking in a website of diet help and weight loss resources.  The website compares several high recommended diet or weight loss program like Nutrisystem, Medifast, Weight Watchers and eDiets.  I will take the benefit of coupons that they offer there.  Aside from comparing the weight loss program, I found many useful articles for my plan.  It really motivate me to finish my personal challenge.  One article there opened my mind about the myths of weight loss. I started by properly reducing the intake of my dinner.  In addition, I do light exercises in the morning for about 30 minutes daily.  Light exercises includes brisk walk and sit-ups.  After a month, I will choose the diet programs that will fit my life style based on the description describe on the site.   I want to do the healthy weight loss, not just to find a quick solution than will not last.  Wish me luck on my challenge guys!
